Andy Sriubas | Chief Commercial Officer | OUTFRONT Media

As the Chief Commercial Officer, Andy is responsible for the company’s strategic direction. This includes oversight of the company’s partnerships, product, digital operations, client platform experience and corporate & business development; as well as our significant municipal and real estate relationships. Andy started at OUTFRONT in 2014 as EVP, Strategy & Development before being promoted to his current role.

Prior to joining OUTFRONT, Andy served at the Chief of Strategy, Operations & Corporate Development for Sonifi Solutions, a leading provider of video programming, advertising and infrastructure to the hospitality and healthcare industries. A 23-year veteran of the investment banking industry, he held Managing Director roles at JPMorgan, UBS, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, providing strategic advice to, and raising capital for their Technology, Media & Telecommunications clients. Andy was an architect of the digital distribution network for the US movie theatre industry as well as a satellite deployed video and broadband entertainment system for the hospitality industry.

Andy serves as a director on the Media Rating Counsel’s board which audits audience measurement methodologies and sets standards for the advertising industry. Andy is a board member of Argus Capital (NASDAQ: ARGU), was a member of Seachange International’s Board of Directors (NASDAQ: SEAC); a premium video delivery technology provider to the broadband industry; and on the board of Nanoscent Labs based in Haifa, Israel. He is an advisor to several emerging technology companies, to Palisades Growth (a venture capital and growth fund) and to the Jack Kemp Foundation 501(c)3. Andy is a member of the leadership counsel of the Washington Commanders Foundation focused on underprivileged children in the DC area.
