Irina Zeltser has worked in OOH for 18 years and held leadership roles across major agencies and media owners, as well as launching a number of successful start-ups.

As a business, growth and operations advisor, Irina leverages her knowledge, experience and extensive contacts to help companies in successfully navigating the challenges and opportunities of modern OOH.

Irina is heavily involved in female-led initiatives like Chief and the DPAA’s WEDOOH advisory board, lending a voice to support female inclusion and diversity in the workforce.

Irina speaks 3 languages and is a Juilliard graduate who continues playing the piano.
